    Seth Clark Memorial

The Keene Knights would like to thank the Seth Clark Memorial fund for their generous gift.

This fund was established in memory of Seth Clark. A Monadnock graduate and Keene State College student, Seth died tragically in an automobile accident at the age of 21. Seth was an accomplished athlete at Monadnock playing 4 years of varsity football and 3 years of varsity baseball. Seth continued his passion for football playing 2 years for our local semi-pro team, the Monadnock Marauders. In addition, he was vice president of his fraternity at Keene State College where he was studying Industrial Safety.

In his memory, parents Steve and Marcia Clark started the Seth Clark Memorial Fund. Since 2005, the proceeds of an annual golf tournament are donated to area sports programs to assist them in furthering their endeavors. Steve and Marcia feel giving back to the local sports programs would have been what Seth wanted.

The Knights would also like to recognize Jim and Beverly Ells for their role in bringing our two organizations together. We thank you both for your hard work and dedication to these programs.

This gift will go a long way in providing our sons and daughters with improved equipment in an environment that fosters teamwork, sportsmanship and fun.

We cannot express enough the heartfelt gratitude we feel as recipients of the 2013 Seth Clark Memorial Fund. We are honored to be a part of this tribute to Seth and will share his love of football and his message to play hard. Thank you Steve & Marcia.
