Pee Wee Cheering - National Champs

The Keene Knights Youth Football and Cheer Pee Wee Cheerleaders finished 1st at the AYC National competition Dec 8th in Tucson AZ. Seventeen girls, several coaches and chaperones traveled the 2200 plus miles to Tucson AZ Dec. 7th to compete in the AYC (American Youth Cheer) National competition. The Pee Wee team finished 1st Nov 27th at the NE regional competition to qualify for a berth in the National event. The team competed at the 11 and under Small Standard Div. This consists of teams with 19 or fewer members.

Jr Midget Cheering - 1st Runner-up

The Jr Midget team finished as first runner up at the AYC National Competition in the 14 and under Small Standard Div. The fourteen members of the squad place 1st at the regional level before advancing to the national competition.

Both teams were invited to the city council meeting this Thursday at 7 pm to be congratulated by the mayor.
